IS DAGMAR THINKING ABOUT ARBY’S?

You may have noticed white Arby’s balloons floating above faces on various billboards around town.
In the case above, CBS 46 Meteorologist Dagmar Midcap has Arby’s on her mind. This billboard was on I-75.
It was apparently part of a stunt to promote Arby’s “I’m Thinking Arby’s” campaign.
